ONE WORK — Legal Employment and Visa Support for Work in Poland
Welcome! We are ONE WORK, a team that helps Ukrainians quickly and safely prepare documents and find work in Poland. We work with real employers, ensure transparent conditions, and support you at every stage — from the first consultation to starting your job.
Our focus is on arranging work visas for Poland, preparing a complete document package, and selecting verified vacancies in modern logistics warehouses (including auto and motorcycle parts warehouses), manufacturing, retail, and related areas. If you are looking for a stable income, official employment, and fair conditions — you are in the right place.
What We Do
1) Full Visa Support
Preparation of a work invitation (oświadczenie / zezwolenie);
Consultations on visa types and current requirements;
Preparation of a complete document package for submission;
Scheduling submissions, support, status monitoring, and consultations until visa issuance;
Advice on insurance and travel.
2) Selection of Verified Vacancies
Legal vacancies in logistics warehouses (order picking, packing, labeling goods);
Work with auto and motorcycle parts: receiving/shipping, inventory, sorting;
Positions for candidates without experience or Polish language — on-the-job training provided;
Work schedules: 2 shifts of 10–12 hours depending on the employer, possible overtime;
Assistance in choosing a city and employer according to your preferences.
3) Support Before and After Departure
Travel consultations, meeting on-site (by agreement);
Accommodation provided by the employer or help finding housing;
Adaptation in the first days: explaining safety rules, communication with coordinators, basics of daily life;
Support with completing necessary formalities after arrival.
Who Our Vacancies Are For
Men and women aged 18 and above with good work capacity;
Candidates without experience — most warehouse positions require only basic instructions;
Candidates with or without Polish, English is a plus but not required;
Those who value stability, official employment, and real working conditions.
Why ONE WORK
Transparency and Legality. We operate only through official procedures: employer invitations, clear contracts, and understandable terms. No “gray schemes.”
Practical Experience. We know warehouse and manufacturing requirements, so we guide candidates in advance: what to bring, how to prepare, what skills are needed.
Fast Start. We help with all the documents so you don’t waste time searching for information bit by bit.
Remote Support. We stay in touch after your departure — answer questions and help resolve work and everyday situations.
Human Approach and Support. We respect your time, effort, and expectations. We honestly explain workload, schedule, and conditions to avoid surprises.
Tasks You Will Perform (Examples for Warehouses)
Order picking according to invoices;
Packing and preparing shipments;
Labeling and scanning goods;
Receiving/sorting auto and motorcycle parts;
Maintaining workplace order and following safety rules.
These processes are standardized: employers provide instructions and on-the-job training. The key is attentiveness, responsibility, and willingness to work in a team.
Working Conditions: What to Expect
Official employment under a labor contract (conditions depend on employer/position);
Shifts of 10–12 hours, 5–6 days a week (schedule agreed individually);
Possible overtime during peak periods;
Accommodation from the employer or assistance from our team;
Work clothing/footwear — according to internal warehouse rules;
Breaks in accordance with Polish labor law.
We always discuss detailed conditions before departure: city, accommodation, pay, schedule, requirements. This minimizes risks and helps you prepare for success.
How to Start: 3 Simple Steps
Contact Us. Tell us about your experience, expectations, and desired city/type of work.
Get an Individual Plan. We’ll advise which visa type is needed, which documents to prepare, and select current vacancies.
Start in Poland. We assist with travel, accommodation, and adaptation. We remain in contact throughout the cooperation period.
Important
We do not promise “golden mountains” — instead, we inform about real workloads in production and warehouses.
Selection is fair and transparent: if a position is filled, we offer alternatives.
Listings appear and disappear — we update vacancies so you see current options.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is experience required? For most warehouse positions — no. Attentiveness, discipline, and willingness to learn are enough.
Is Polish mandatory? No. Many warehouses have international teams; basic phrases are learned during adaptation. Language knowledge is a plus for career growth.
Do you help with accommodation? Yes. Either provided by the employer or we suggest available options.
How long does document preparation take? Depends on the visa type, consulate workload, and submission city. We help prepare documents correctly to avoid delays.
Can I go on a visa-free basis? There are legal work options even without a visa (with proper documents and registration). We will advise the safest option for your situation.
Where We Operate
We are based in Ukraine and cooperate with Polish employers in large logistics centers. We assist candidates from different regions of Ukraine — remotely and offline (by agreement).
