Custom Carbide Dies

One of the key areas of our work is the production of carbide dies for cold stamping. These dies are designed to work with presses of various modifications, as well as with automatic complexes. They are used for processing parts, manufacturing structures, and producing industrial products with high precision and reliability.

We also offer dies for drywall constructions, including: straight hanger, short straight hanger, crab, profile extender, two-level hanger, butterfly, anchor for window frame mounting, as well as a set of four dies for “spring” hangers.

In addition, we manufacture dies for shovels and road signs, which can be used in single or automatic mode. These dies are often used to produce items for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, demonstrating their reliability and functionality under the most demanding conditions.

Briquetting Presses: Efficient Solutions for Waste and Fuel

Another area of our work is briquetting presses, designed to produce briquettes from sawdust, sunflower husks, small fractions of coal, peat, and other shredded waste. The press efficiently processes plant materials such as cereal straw, bean stalks, flax processing waste, and others with moisture content of 6–12%.

Features of our Briquetting Press:

Low energy consumption — up to 42 kWh per ton of briquettes, which significantly saves resources.

Automatic raw material feed adjustment depending on pressing force, ensuring uniform briquette quality.

Production of briquettes with or without a hole, suitable for various heating systems.

The resulting briquettes serve as high-calorie, eco-friendly fuel and a convenient method for storing and transporting production waste. They are used in industrial heating systems, boilers for hospitals, kindergartens, schools, and other facilities.

To ensure proper raw material quality, we offer a complete equipment set including: a heat generator, dryer, pneumatic transport with an aspiration system, briquetting press, conveyor, and raw material grinder. This line allows for efficient raw material preparation before pressing, ensuring consistent product quality.

NAUTECH-NT Painting Equipment

We also sell Ukrainian-made painting equipment from NAUTECH-NT, popular in many industrial sectors. This equipment enables both manual and automatic painting, including powder coating.

Spraying equipment: manual and automatic spray guns, nozzles for various paints, paint supply systems.

Powder coating equipment: booths, guns, air filtration and cleaning systems.

Complexes for Producing Universal Straight Hangers

Another area of our activity is supplying equipment complexes for cold stamping parts from strip material. These complexes are designed for punching, blanking, bending, and shallow drawing of parts from coil material.

Complex components include:

Uncoiling and leveling device — uncoils the roll, levels the strip, and creates a compensation loop before feeding into the die.

Pincer or roller feeding system — ensures material delivery to the stamping area.

Crank press of various forces (from 160 to 10,000 kN) for stamping operations.

The complex operates in three modes: setup, single stroke, and automatic. Geometric parameters of the processed material and press model can be adjusted per customer requirements, allowing adaptation to any production needs.
