Wastewater Metering Units and Meters

I offer the installation of wastewater metering units, including the ERGOMERA-125BV metering unit. This unit is suitable for steel pipelines with diameters from DN50 to DN2000-3200 and allows for commercial sewage metering certified according to Ukrainian technical regulations.

Wastewater meters are designed for residential and industrial sewage systems and are equipped with powerful ultrasonic signals that penetrate polluted media, as well as high-precision flow meters capable of recording liquid flow every second while ignoring solid impurities.

Flow meter calculators support connection to dispatching systems via RS232, RS485, and Ethernet with a web interface, making it easy to integrate the equipment into any monitoring and management system. If necessary, the metering unit can be installed on a plastic pipeline using a steel adapter, ensuring reliable and long-term installation.

Features of the Flow Meters

My flow measurement devices are made of steel, stainless steel, or glass-coated materials. Insertion-type ultrasonic sensors allow installation without stopping the flow, even under pressure. The meters measure reverse flow direction, enabling monitoring of check valves and shut-off valves.

Water meters have non-volatile memory with hourly, daily, yearly, and technological (second-by-second) archives, while analog interfaces of the wastewater metering unit include pulse output and 4–20 mA current output.

For large systems, a dual-channel mode is possible, allowing simultaneous monitoring of two pressure collectors. Cable lengths in this configuration can reach up to 500 meters.

Water Meters for Different Needs

I offer SBTB-025 DU50 water meters (WST version) that measure wastewater with a single pump or pump group with a flow rate of up to 25 m³/h (416 L/min) and a maximum flow rate of up to 31 m³/h (516 L/min). The equipment complies with the Technical Regulations of the PCMU Order No. 163 and DSTU EN ISO 4064, as well as the requirements of DSTU OIML R117.

Flow measurement devices can be made of cast iron or stainless steel and installed in a pump chamber. Installation is possible both horizontally and vertically (on a lift). For horizontal installation, ultrasonic sensors should be positioned horizontally with a permissible deviation of up to 45°.

Replacement and Modernization of Meters

I replace ultrasonic water and heat meters VZLET (VZLËT, ZLIT) manufactured in Russia with modern Ukrainian devices. This ensures compliance with Ukrainian legislation and certification according to DSTU EN4064. The proposed ERGOMERA-125BV equipment provides accurate measurement of cold and hot water, residential and industrial wastewater, alcohols, alkalis, suspensions, solvents, and oil.

High-speed ultrasonic flow meters enable dispatching, consumption monitoring, and leak detection. They can be installed on pipelines DN20–DN2000-3200 with insertion sensors without stopping the flow. Devices are equipped with RS232/RS485 and Ethernet interfaces with a web interface, standard MODBUS protocol, pulse outputs, and 4–20 mA current outputs.

Archives and Monitoring

Meters have a full set of archives for effective accounting and control:

Hourly archive — up to 1480 records

Daily archive — up to 160 records

Monthly archive — up to 36 records

Event archive — up to 2000 records

Intervention archive — up to 500 records

Technological archive (minute/second) — up to 2880 records

This allows analyzing water and wastewater consumption at any period, identifying anomalies, and responding promptly to malfunctions.
